Due to COVID-19 regulations and policies, we have a strict no return and no exchanges policy for all our products.
If there is any special case where you believe that you have received a damaged product or received the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the picture of the product and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will try our best to answer your query within 5 working days (does not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays).
Certain sensitive products like diapers/nappies, langots, innerwear, socks, teats, pacifiers, teethers, bottles, grooming kits, sleeping bags, swaddles, gift hampers, gift sets, pregnancy & feeding pillows, nursing covers, other feeding items are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
In any case where we do approve an exchange, all products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable) and couriered to our office in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Only upon receiving the original item will the exchange be initiated. If we are unable to exchange the item because of the product or size being out of stock, you will receive store credit which can be used for any future purchases at www.babymoo.in.
No used products will be exchanged. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the exchange is not guaranteed.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of placing your order, after which the order cannot be cancelled.
There will be no cash refund for COD orders and there will be no refund of shipping charges or COD Fees.
